Not receiving payment on Hiveon Pool

I´m not receiving the payment yet and i surpassed the payment treshold,i think it is because of my poor internet connection. I saw on the payments FAQ i should post my dashboard URL, here it is:

Please help me, if i should ask in any other place i would like you guys to post those links here if you would like to help me, hopefully support will answer shortly.
