Nvidia 3090 RTX underclock memory

Hi all

I’m trying to underclock the memory of my 3090. Let me explain

I’ve started mining Firo. When I don’t set a power limit I can set the core to 1400MHz and the memory to -2000. If I check the settings on my rig I see that the core is running at 1400 but the memory is still running at 8500.
When I turn down the power, the memory stays at 8500 but the core slows down.
Does anybody know if it is possible to set the memory to a lower rate so the memory uses less power and their is more power for the cores (so it can run faster).
