My last payout seems yo be freezed.

I had to move my rig from it’s original place to another place. But in that place the GPU’s where not able to extract the heated airflow correctly. So my rig mad a lot of invalid shares on that short period. But when I realized it, It was too late because there were more that 5% of invalid shares.
But I was able to fix that issue quickly, and then after everything came back to normal.
Today I setup the rig to mine on nanopool.
Could you please help me to recover my wallet from your Blacklist please ?
