PNY 1660 Super core speed 1300 what to set?

Hi there

I have the following settings.

I have pushed the core clock speed all the way to 1300 before I got scared. My rig does not crash but I only gain .02 / .03 of a m/h and the power only goes up by 2 or 3 watts.

Am I doing something wrong or should I just forget about the extra m/h and accept what I have?

I see some people are getting 31.8 and 31.9 but I seem to be stuck on 31.5X
