Pny 2060 super not hashing

Hello all,

I have an issue with my card i tried hard shutdown still it doesn’t hash i have uploaded the picture below any advice why it doesnt work

All other cards in the rig hashing fine.

Oc -502 core mem 1200 125w

Kindly let me know any ideas how to fix it.

does the card work in other systems? does the video output work?
