does not want to run without mother board
it only runs perfectly with mother board
i tried every single kind of this tools :
jump the pins in the 24 pin connector to turn the psu on, if that doesnt work, sounds like a bad psu

Are you using a jumper of some sort? If not, an ATX power supply will not turn on without a motherboard connection.
If so, and fans are not spinning, many power supply fans do not spin until they reach a higher load.
yes, I make a jumper between ps-on and 0v and the fan turns on and immediately turns off… I have 1 gpu and riser connected and it does the same. but I connect it to the motherboard and it works. I do not know what it is
Are you sure it is not supply power? Fans may not spin when less than 50% load.
Have you connect a riser with LEDs or something to this power supply?
