I have a 12 gpu mining rig. It is a mix of rx 580, vega, and 2 radeon 5700 (one blower with samsung memory) and one is liquid devil power color. This is the problem, the riser from blower one has to be connected to pcie x16 slot to work. If I put it in any other slot the pc wont even boot. There is power, fans are spinning, but no picture. The liquid devil works fine in which ever slot I put it. I also have some more 5700 cards (strix, red devil, sapphire nitro+) and none of them work unless the riser is plugged in the pcie 16x slot. I tried changing bios settings to gen1, 2, and 3. And it does not help. Any ideas?
