Resetting 2FA?

I’ve sent email to what I believe is support, following a previous forum post. I don’t want to seem impatient, but it’s been 4 days. How long does it normally take to get a response from the bee@hiveos.farm address?

Basically Google Authenicator updated on my phone and it crashed every time I launched it. I was forced to nuke the app and resinstall…google sucks and has no cloud storage of the accounts, so I lost them all. I’m moving to a different auth platform, but need to get into my hive account to add it back. I don’t see any alternate auth methods so I sent the support email with my account details hoping it can be reset.
