Rig does not show up on GUI

I’ve been trying to setup my rig and get it going but the problem I am having is that I connect my ssd to the system but does not show up on the Hiveos GUI. I have tried numerous things from redownloading the files, buying a new ssd, deleting the farm and nothing. Has anyone had this problem? and what is the solution to this.

Did you put rig.conf on the root of the drive? Do you have a display connected to the rig?

Got it to work finally turns out it was a problem was it was the wrong rig id =/
