RTX 3060 settings that pull down 35.xx MH/s

Hi All,

I’ve spent some time looking for good settings, and some time experimenting, and found a combination I think is working pretty well. Hopefully, it can save some others some time and frustration.

RTX 3060 LHR V2, 12gb DDR6
Driver: 470.86
Hiveos 21.11.30
NiceHash Ethash
T-Rex 0.42.2,
Lhr-tune 72
Lock Core Clock: 1545
Memory Clock: 2700
Fan: 0
Power Limit: 125.

For me this pulls down 35.xx MH/s, with the occasional spike to 37.xx. the rig has been stable for 7 days. Not hardware or miner restarts.

Have fun.

Use the latest trex, up core clock to around 1600 and remove power limit and increase mem as far as is stable and you should get 37-38

Thank you the suggestion. Testing it now.

Just as an update, I moved to a Core Clock of 1600, left the memory clock at 2700, and put the fan and power at 0. As well, I added an auto tune of 0.2 to the lhr of 74.7, with an interval of 5 minutes. It has all been stable for the last 24 hours and has settled to between 37.75 and 38.20 MH/s.

I’m anticipating this is the most I’m going to get out of this card until a full unlock is released / found.

Yep, that’s as good as it gets for now.

hello, you have Hynix memory? on asus 3060 12gb A1 is samsung memory…can’t do above 35 MH/S…

are you using locked core clocks around 1600mhz?

what is the efficiency after increasing the settings, did the additional hash power improved any efficiency or is it just a number with few more Wattage consumption. I personally don’t like to overclock too much

I have Samsung memory, and its an EVGA card.

I’m locked at 1600

Efficiency is 99.78%. I don’t think I’m going to see better than that.

Reduce memory if you’re getting invalids

Also have asus 3060 12gb v2 with Samsung memory…now it is stable on 35.66 MH/s… -150/2700 120w
