RTX 3080 issues

For some reason, 4 of my 5 3080’s are hashing a little over half, while 1 is just a rockstar. I’ve tried the following different miners and here are the results:

1. Changed miner to phoenixminer from ethminer (original): same issue. 4 cards at 54.34 and 1 card at 99.40

2. Changed miner to lolminer: same issue

3. changed miner to t-rexminer: 4 cards are 54.42 and 1 card at 99.88

4. Changed miner to B-miner: same shit but actually dropped mh/s

5. Changed miner to t-rexminer (ERGO): does the same thing, but at significantly higher MH/s

Does anyone know why this might be happening? Your help is greatly appreciated, thanks!

Replace thermal pads.
Lower memory clock.
Use absolute core.
Increase fan speeds.

The 4 cards with the bios version 94.02.71.40.B4 are unfortunately the newer model EVGA, 3080 XC3 Ultra Gaming LHR, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080, 10G-P5-3885-KL
