Make sure you have logs-on command run on the Shell (and reboot).
Odds are the device is getting “STUCK” or “DEAD”, rebooting, and just not starting the miner again. Not sure without logs.
I did it, can you tell me how can I read the log?
i had the same issue with rx 5700 xt Samsung and the problem is overclocking memory. find the best for it.

you are right man, I change my memory clock to 900 and now it’s stable
