RX 5700 XT appears to be gone but is working?

Hi all,

My mining RIG PC is running since 4 month without noticable problems.
Suddently, Hiveos is not able to detect GPU temp and fan speed from GPU0 anymore but the GPU is still working (Hashrate).

I rebooted the machine, turned it off but it didn’t change. Is my temp sensor broken?
