RX480 Unknown memory not mining

Getting unknown memory and the card will not do anything.
If I run the rx480 solo it works fine.
Anytime they are together I get this(see photo). Always the rx480 gets the unknown memory.
Here is the list of things I have tried:
Changed slots (gpu0 or gpu1).
Changed the pci-e slots.
Reinstalled Hive Os from new image, on SSD.

Please help if you can. I’m at wits end with this.

Maybe roll back the amd driver slightly in Hive.
Coz there is quite an age difference between a 480 & a 5600…
