RX580 4GB low hash rate

I need your help. It looks like I’m doing something wrong. I’m not able to push my rx580 4GB with Samsusng memory over 20MH/s.

I have modified bios with Polaris.
My settings are:

I have tried Ravencoin to and performance is even lower 12/13 MH/s

Any thoughts or advises?

Does it run any better without overclock settings? I have an MSI 570 4GB Samsung that I haven’t found an overclock setting yet that runs better than stock with all overclock settings at 0.

You are mining ETH on a 4GB card that is under memory for the DAG though, surprised you can even get 19!
