dont know what you are talking about i dont ready your language but i can tell you one thing.
you need bios mod and proper settings.
with polaris bios mod using the uber 3.2 mix of timings i got 32.22 MHS with the following settings:
1168 Core clock
860 core voltage
800 memory controller voltage
2100 memory clock
Aggressive undervolting on
amdmemtweak --Ref 35
you dont need DPM states or other settings set. just the ones i use. try it.
