I upgraded to the latest firmware available on support download and now I am getting Network Status Abnormal… Tried 3 times to upload the Merged Firmware (148mb) for low power spacebar counter mode with no success it does not update . It does not change the date Nov 21 … Check whether the power cord is powered on** . If not, please check power switch or replace the power cord. If the power cord is powered on, please observe indicator light, power supply, and check whether fans rotate or not. If no response, the power might be failure.
Were you on an older version before that was working?
Are you using the correct firmware for your control board?
Did you try reflashing the sd card or web upgrade?
May be that’s the same problem I have, the control board problably is cv 1834
I had this problem, I restored the original firmware for factory, and it’s work.
What is your s19? New 90Th version?
