Mine are PowerColor, not Sapphire and I use those settings for 33.5 MH/s using TeamBlackMiner:

The hashrate was 34.3 MH/s until the last time I updated. I don’t know if the drivers, the miner or the settings is the problem but every 5-6 hours I check them if the rig has crashed to restart it.
