Stale Shares-please help before my wallet gets blacklisted

Hello, I’m new to mining, have learned a lot, but just cannot figure out why I’m getting so many stale shares. At the moment it’s almost 4%.

Gigabyte Z390 UD Motherboard
Intel Pentium G5420 CPU LGA 1151
AMD Radeon RX 6600 XT (MSI)
Corsair Vengeance DDR4 8GB

Rig is plugged directly into Verizon router about 6 feet away.
Mining ETH using Hiveon pool servers with the smallest latency (tried with and without SSL Urls) and Phoenix Miner
Avg. Hashrate over 24h: 29.33 MH/s
0% Invalid Shares
I’m using the most popular preset overclocking: Core Clock=1100; Memory Clock=1150; al other setting default.
Using Autofan

Which region are you in?

Verizon makes me think you are North America/US based?
If so, where are the “use” and “usw” options?

Yes, I’m in USA.

The problem seems to be high latency with:

Not sure why your rig would even look there unless you have it checked off.
What shows in your flight sheet? <What I posted was from my flight sheet. Ordering appears to be set by order you check the boxes, but I am NOT certain>

I would start with only having USW or USE checked off for now.
I would set my rig with a high priority in the router to keep the Netflix/youTube/gamers in the house from hogging network access.

Done.
use pool
I don’t see that there is a way to change priority in my router, but that should be a problem. Not a lot of traffic in my house, and internet speed is good.

but that should not be a problem

You will want to add a backup, likely us west, if you are in the eastern region. I have not found pointing to naw to be effective alternative from location.

US East seems clean for my rigs, so let it run for half a day and monitor

ok Grea, thank you for your help.

Hola! Pudiste solucionar tu porblema? Me pasa lo mismo, está creciendo día a día el % de acciones obsoletas y no se cómo bajarla o estabilizarla
