Suddenly extremely low hash rate, about 4 MH/s

Suddenly my RX580 cards began to mine at 3-5 MH/s instead of 32. Looked at miner log but seems normal except the low hash rate. Motherboard is Onda if that could help. So there’s no risers involved.

Anyone else has this problem or know what to do? I have restarted and upgrade to latest.

The heat in the room has gone down drastically.

It says load avarage.
