I am trying to setup T-rex and I get the following error:
Can’t start T-Rex, number of specified LHR tuning values in config doesn’t match the number of GPUs

My issue was related to Extra config arguments: Make sure to add comments for your cards. Don’t make the mistake I did and add to second coin intensity or you will have another problem.
