TB360 pro 2.0 None EVGA RTX 3080TI

Hi miners,I can’t use evga rtx3080ti with T360 pro2.0.
because the motherboard cannot detect the graphics card. Has anyone encountered this problem?

Was this fixed? Gave power to dual 6 pin connectors on motherboard as well?
