Temparature Limiter RTX 3060TI LHR

Somehow my GPU temperature locked at 68deg after hitting 68deg my hash rate and power usage decrease from 28Mh to 20Mhs -23Mhs. And power usage 175watts to 130-145watts
Is there any way to maintain the power limit regardless of temperature?

Your temperature is high and you are using a lot of watts, see my settings
