Updating Zotac B150 BIOS and drivers on Linux?

I’m a Windows 10 user on my PC. HiveOS is the first time I’ve used a Linux system.

My Zotac B150 won’t recognize any GPU’s on any slot. I’m trying to use RX 5600XT cards. Zotac says I need to update the bios on the motherboard. That wouldn’t be a problem if I were running this mobo on Windows, but I have no clue how to do it with HiveOS. Can anybody help me out please? More importantly, can you explain it like to a child? I have NO clue how this works.
