having same issue, i was on NB miner, kept loosing 2 cards
switched to trex, still same problem with this error

I’m having the same error after adding 2 GPUs (Mother z390-p / GPU 1660 Super)
did you try to reset ur OC before you start the miner ?
It’s looks like it’s a power issue … I’ve downgraded PowerLimit (PL) from 85 to 75 and it’s running fine since a few hours ago.

Ur most welcome. I’ve had so many issues and fixed them all mostly by rrial and error.
I’m having the same issue. Tried changing the PL from 80 to 75, let’s see if that will fix the problem.
Weird thing is that my rig run for >24hrs having 80 PL, so I’m wondering if that really caused the error.
Did anyone figure out the issue yet, i´ve got the same problem, however after i get that code my rig freezes and i have to manually restart it.

Disable nvml, exemple whit t-rex miner “no” : “nvml”
