What are the blue percentages

I have a simple question. What are the percentages on a given gpu on our miner screen. Each GPU shows its tempeture, and i assume hashrate, but what is the blue percentage next to each gpu?

for instance this is one of my gtx 1080s

61° 29%
79.41

I assume 79.41 is my hash rate (though it doesn’t give an increment)
what is the 29%?

it’s fan speed in %

well thats interesting… can i turn off fans since i am liquid cooled? don’t have fans on any of my cards in that rig
