What is SOC Mhz and what does it do?

Hey guys,

Just seeking more information on SOC Frequency.

I have 2 RX 6800’s with 1 at 960 and 1 at 640 and they definitely lack performance <59mh.

I also have 2 5600xt and 1 5700xt all running at 1266 SOCmhz which perform great and this is the only difference i could find.

Any suggestions would be appreciated!
