The most profitable pool will vary minute to minute, day to day.
You’re best bet is to pick a pool with a server you get a good low ping connection to, that you like their ui/features such as pay scheme (pps/pplns etc) and their payout threshold, L2 payouts etc etc.
Some are definitely better than others, but luck has a good bit of influence as well. Check miningpoolsprofits.com
