Windows vs Linux - Memory Clock Settings

I see Memory Clock settings for some cards have two values.
ex: Memory Clock (MClock): 2150 or 1075

I know one value is for Windows, and the other for Linux, but which is which?

in this case:

2150 is for linux
1075 is for windows
