Worker Shows Offline

Hi all,

I am new to mining and have just created a Worker and FlightSheet. I am using the PhoenixMiner, which seems to be running fine; however I cannot see the active status of my worker.

I am using my desktop PC to mine ETH via a 2070 Super. The Worker name appears, and the HiveOS interface shows my pending payout, however my worker is offline. Can anyone help me rectify this?
