Have some trouble with RX5700XT XFX card.
Due to 110° Hotspot temperature core clock is decreased and I am getting only 35MH/s (core state forced to 1) but I am pretty sure temp is incorrect.
Mem is running with 82°, core with 64°.

Is HotSpot temp somewhere written non-volatile ?
Need to reset the hotspot value or fix this a different way.
Ideas ?
