Zotac 3080 tirinity problems

hi my friends
i have a problem. thanks if help
i have a card 3080 zotac tirinity .
when i start this card in hive os first minute it have 99mh and after a minute its 75mh .
whats the problem? who can help me

Just sharing my card is Zotac Trinity OC micron memory. Kind of stable, running for 7 days.
