I suggest that you prepare your own MPT based on the stock bios.
I assembled a scrap WIN10 PC for testing and configurations. I do all the card bios mods on the PC. I purchased used parts to keep the cost low.
The issue is that I don’t really want to buy a new motherboard/cpu/ram just for mpt might be faster to open mpt in hexadecimal…

i’ve been able to flash a rx 5700 xt with rx 5600 xt bios and was getting 41MH/s for 80w wonder if that’s not somewhere we could want to get some straps, mpt
i have one problem that i see you have it to, of the 6 gpu 3 of then won’t accept more than 900 on the memory, tops its 910 wail the others can go 940/950, its something with the flash of the bios or is it the silicon lottery? if it is silicone, its not too much of a difference between the same model of cards?
Different memories operate at different speeds. You will need to inspect what type of memory your card has.
I have micron memory in all off them and the memory is MT61k256M32 and they only have 1 memory

I believe and sweet spot is different depends on $/kw in your area. In my case, power is very cheap (0.06$/kW) therefore efficiency is not important as long as I maintain temperatures.
I have emailed you my stock bios & HiveOS overview, I am currently running 1500 straps. can you please share your biod mod.

I just got a couple of MSI 5700 XT Mechs for free and put them to work. Does anyone else have experience with these? They don’t seem to want to go below 120 W. I’ve modded the bios and they both sit at around the numbers shown in the figure below.
I can bump the Mem up to 950 and it will top out at around 58 MH and 129W. If anyone has been able to get these to run at lower power please share your settings.
how did you mod the bios of your Gigabyte cards?
You need to load an unsigned version of the bios from Sep 2019.

I agree with you totally. What’s your OC setting to get below 100W?
I concluded that getting under 100W depends on the GPU. GPUs with Samsung memory tend to run at lower power. I believe that expensive GPU, like the Sapphire Nitro+, will have a better power consumption.
The only card that I was able to achive below 100W is AMD 5700XT Reference card with Samsung memory. All other GPUs with Micron are running between 109 to 114W.
