Hi yes i have to test hiveos again it was about 1 year ago i did use hiveos and if i remember right i did have the same speed about 41mh / Sec
i have two Radeon™ RX VEGA 64 GAMING OC 8G and the speed is the same on does but im going to test hiveos again
Please also note that you’ll get better overall results when you flash those 64’s to 56 vbios.

Hi how did you flash i did try today to flash one of my gigabyte 64 gaming oc but no go i did try amdvbflash 3.04+ and i did try with -fa and -fp to force it but no i did get all the time SSID mismatch
when i do the amdvbflash.exe -i i get nothing on the Bios p/n
If you using hiveos forum, use hiveos to flash ffs, not windows. Just click flash and check force flash. Goes smooth like butter

Hey man. I just tried some things and learned that non reference vega 64 cards can’t be flashed with their 56 counterparts. They can, but rarelly works.
For example: I was trying to flash gygabite gaming oc vega 56’s bios on a vega 64 gygabite gaming oc. It bricked. And them gygabite’s vegas sucks btw.
Reference card bios works better. Try same brand reference.
In your case i’d try a sapphire reference 56 bios instead of a 56 nitro+ bios. If your card is bricked try to reflash it as i said. If nothing works reflash your backup 64 bios.(You did backup right?). Good luck.

Flashed with this bios MSI RX Vega 56 8 GB BIOS (Air Boost)
I am using last hiveos beta, teamred miner 0.8.4 with option --eth_config=B ,
and with autofan Target Core TEMP 50°, and Target MEM TEMP 60°.
The best i can achieve for the moment is 54.86MH@124W.
The card is actually not in the rig but in a computer, the temp are very low 45°core mem 62° (fan +32%) @Room temp 26,6°
As everybody im am searching the highest ashrate for the lowest power concomption
For the moment i don’t understand which value affect the power and which one affect the ashrate.
The electricity rate is expensive in my country 0,20euro/Kwh ± 0,23$.

its so hard to say anything solid, it just goes wrong.have u flashed that 64 with 56 corresponding bios?
My only 64 is flashed as 56 and it for me it brings wattage down on that gpu but the consumption is higher, i dont know is only cause 64 reguires a bit higher mem than 56, or is this my power color 64 “what ever dragon” just so power hungry that for stability it needs more juice, and performance is not on the same level with sapphire 56´s.
So u newer know.
Pay attention to more detail data like Soc values and fine tuning core/mem/vdd, and the relationship to minimum vdd so that u dont run your gpus too hard without any benefit, only power lost.
U can manually allso specify gpu --eth_mode intencity lower to some gpu that consumes lot or is running hot etc…
